Mantthan Web Solutions LLP specializes in creating mobile applications, e-commerce websites, landing pages and digital marketing (PPC advertising in Google, Yandex, Facebook, Youtube and so on). Being the Director of Mantthan, I spearhead the organization by building an excellent communication with our clients and understanding their requirements to find the best software, web-based, and mobile solutions, thereby helping them improve their business processes.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
Today, the world is opening up to highly personalized and customized solutions tailor-made to provide impetus to all types of industries, however small or big they are. The idea to start Mantthan was conceived in 2016 when we first successfully developed Multi-Vendor portal for Bangalore based Startup.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We work only with in-house teams, all our staff being located under the same roof. By doing so, we tackle challenges together, and every team member benefits from the collective knowledge and skill set of the entire team.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
We, at Mantthan believe in providing the best of services and innovation to every client. By only working with in-house teams and having a collaborative environment, our developers, designers and business analysts share their knowledge to build a unique solution for the clients. The environment is also conducive to clear communication and collective problem-solving as speedily as possible. Our development process integrates perfectly with other fields such as business analysis and UI/UX design, helping us deliver products tailored to the customer’s needs and making sure the UI looks perfect. Conducting weekly project update meetings help us to develop project transparency about the features we need to factor in during the development stages. With certified ISTQB testers in team and implementation of Bug Tracker and project management tool, we make sure deliveries are effective.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
We’ve been working with representatives of different industries, such as education, medicine and healthcare, beauty industry, sports, travel industry, start-ups, trucking and so on. We’re always excited to explore new sectors and undertake new challenges. The high-quality services delivered by Mantthan ensure that we have repetitive clients. Yes, they also refer us to the other companies and the people they know.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a web app.
Before we can talk about Web development or design, we need to take into account the analysis stage. We consider this a critical step for every project. Once the analysis is done, the only other parameter determining the time frame is the complexity of the project.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a web app?
We take both the backend and frontend very seriously, so in general, they require the same effort. On the backend side, we focus mainly on security and correct business flows, while on the frontend, our focus is on providing the end user with a great experience.

The key parameters to consider when choosing the right framework to develop the web and/or mobile apps are:

Which platform and technologies do you prefer to use in development of your web apps?
When working on Front-end, or client side, we use JavaScript, for example, Angular and React; and of course Bootstrap as the framework for HTML and CSS. For Back- end, or server side, we use such popular technology stack as LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP); MEAN MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js; MERN (MongoDB, Express, React/Redux, and Node.js)
Do you offer website design templates or customised website design, and do you have a responsive website design?
Designs of web application totally depend upon client requirement, keeping the budget, interest, and timeframe in mind. Sometimes, we recommend a ready-to-use template, and sometimes customized designs are preferred.
Which Content Management System do you prefer to use (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc)?
We offer a CMS depending on the needs of the customer. Every business is unique, and requirements of the customer about the website are crucial in the selection of the CMS. However, if conditions are demanding and the site should be customized, we offer custom development.
Do you provide website maintenance services?
Yes, we do provide website maintenance services too.

The main key factors we consider are:

• Amount of time needed to accomplish the project

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We are flexible in terms of payment structure. It could be the hourly payment as well as a fixed cost. We discuss the payment terms with each client and decide the most cost-effective solution for both sides.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes. We’ve been working with start-ups and know that sometimes the client needs something small at first before thinking of expanding in the future. So no minimum budget.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
The price range of the projects we catered to in 2018 was between $250 – $8000.
